KeyLogic assisted HUD in developing a Financial Management Vision.  In doing so, we engaged in an assortment of activities: defining the current state of financial systems, information flows and organizational behaviors; identifying current business challenges and making recommendations; developing a vision baseline that will be used to frame the development of the vision by considering organizational, technology and business process drivers; and crafting the vision and the future state design for a new innovative Financial Management solution.

The completion of the vision was followed by the development a business case and then an implementation plan, reflecting the Financial Management Vision, for use in managing future initiatives.
