KeyLogic Promotes Copen to Vice President 

KeyLogic Systems has announced Glenn Copen’s promotion to Vice President.  Mr. Copen, who has served as an Executive Director with the company for nearly five years, leads KeyLogic’s Portfolio and Performance Management group and has been actively involved in the expansion of the company’s civilian sector projects, strategic initiatives and IT infrastructure. 

Mr. Copen’s business group provides services including Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Management, Capital Planning and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and has expanded rapidly over the last few years, increasing its customer profile and achieving 40% growth in 2007.  Primarily serving the U.S. federal government, the group’s customers include the Departments of Labor, Interior, Energy, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. 

Mr. Copen has over 30 years of technology and project management experience.  Furthermore, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Copen has presented EVM and project management to industry and government representatives at the national Integrated Program Management (IPM) and IT Financial Management Association (ITFMA) conferences.
