KeyLogic Helps Customers Meet Requirements with the EV-MPact^SM Services Suite 

KeyLogic Systems is helping Federal agencies “Get to Green” with its new EV-MPact^SM Services Suite.  EV-MPact^SM, based on KeyLogic’s expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) standards and practices, enables Federal government customers to audit and validate program data to meet the performance requirements outlined in the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) and the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB’s) ANSI 748-A standard, which helps agencies reach optimal, or “green”, performance levels. 

Currently, KeyLogic is offering a Fast-Track Assessment for customers wishing to quickly take advantage of the EV-MPact^SM Services Suite and require a rapid, yet thorough evaluation of their operating environment.  The Assessment combines the   EV-MPact^SM Baseline Assessment and the Gap Analysis typically performed during EVM’s Project Management process, and enables the customer to clarify their situation, determine whether their operating environment meets EVM requirements, and identify the opportunities for improvement both within and across their organization. 

EVM has been used within the Department of Defense (DoD) since the 1960’s, but only recently has it become a required measurement for all Federal agencies.  Federal mandates such as the PMA and the OMB ANSI 748-A, along with the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and the Clinger-Cohen Act, require agencies to track, monitor, audit and evaluate all of their projects using EVM compliant processes.  OMB publishes a quarterly PMA Scorecard, which reports the performance level and progress of each agency.  Optimal performance on the PMA Scorecard is identified by a “green rating”. 

KeyLogic has provided EVM services to agencies including the Department of Labor (DOL), General Services Administration (GSA), Department of the Interior (DOI) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and supported companies such as Deloitte, BAE and IBM with their EVM implementation and service efforts.  Additionally, KeyLogic has been selected to speak about EVM at numerous industry events, including the International Integrated Program Management Conference and the 2006 World of IT Financial Management Conference.  The development of the EV-MPact^SM Services Suite enables KeyLogic to provide EVM services more quickly and efficiently to customers in need, regardless of their current operating environment.
