KeyLogic Receives Option Renewal for DISA GEMS
ACTD Support
KeyLogic has received a second option renewal to
continue its Program Management support for DISA's Command and Control (C2)
Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) program, managed by the
agency's Global Information Grid (GIG) Engineering Center (GE3) and the
Department of Defense's (DoD's) Net-Enabled Command Capability (NECC)
program.
For this contract, KeyLogic develops required
documentation, including Implementation, Management, Transition and
Strategic Plans and Clinger-Cohen documentation, and facilitates the
staffing, consolidating and rationalizing of comments and issues. Our
team also researches, analyzes, recommends and documents program issues,
external audits, federal standard, operational policies and doctrines,
technical reports and guidelines, and acquisition best practices to support
DISA in exercise planning and conduct, investment planning, return on
investment, earned value management and schedule dependencies.
