KeyLogic Implements KeyStone Referral Program, Taleo
Tracking System
KeyLogic’s outstanding personnel have helped the
company grow by providing exceptional service to our customers – they are
the “KeyStone” to our continued success. Acknowledging this employee
commitment to excellence, KeyLogic introduced the KeyStone Employee Referral
Program (ERP). The ERP encourages employees to submit resumes from friends,
neighbors and colleagues to the KeyLogic Recruiting Department. When
employment opportunities arise, recruiters review these submitted resumes,
and if a hire is made, the submitting employee is rewarded with a
monetary bonus.
To better maintain, track and share these
records, the department implemented Taleo’s Applicant Tracking System (www.taleo.com).
Among many other great features, this system allows for easy records
management and searching, helps to maintain the company’s online career site
and application submissions, and is accessible online from anywhere and at
any time. This “Best Practices” feature is particularly essential for our
busy project managers and senior management who travel frequently.
