As KeyLogic's new Director of Business Development, David Benson Rowland, "Ben", will lead the company's proposal development, sales and marketing efforts as it grows within the federal and commercial marketplaces.

Mr. Rowland has more than 20 years of proven expertise in business development and marketing, proposal management and services, and effective project delivery.  He brings his unique background, problem solving skills and enthusiasm to bear on the most difficult and challenging implementations.

Mr. Rowland has consulted with dozens of Fortune 500 companies, worldwide organizations, government agencies and large federal contractors on more than 300 proposal development efforts and a variety of important projects resulting from winning numerous contracts.  He has subject matter expertise in many information technology areas covering user interface design, advanced communications, process development, collaborative systems, and both front- and back-end architecture on enterprise solutions.  He is instrumental in creating partnership and synergy on projects involving varied companies and organizations including BearingPoint, Northrop Grumman, The World Bank, Raytheon, UNISYS, and Skyline Ultd., Inc.
