George Spencer Promoted to Vice President 

On October 6, KeyLogic President Jon Hammock announced George Spencer's promotion to Vice President of the Program Management Strategic Business Unit (SBU).  Mr. Spencer joined KeyLogic in 2003 as an Executive Director with more than 30 years of government IT consulting and contracting experience, and has provided management support to the company's defense and national security programs, program management programs and business development.
