DeCosta
Joins KeyLogic Systems as Vice President of Business Development
MORGANTOWN, WV
– KeyLogic Systems, a rapidly growing provider of IT solutions to the U.S.
Federal Government, today announced the addition of Ed DeCosta to its senior
management team. With nearly twenty years of experience, this industry
veteran adds considerable depth and experience to KeyLogic’s executive
roster. As Vice President of Business Development, DeCosta will contribute
to KeyLogic's growth strategy as KeyLogic further extends its leadership
position in the government Knowledge Management market.

leadership skills and expertise in marketing solutions to enterprise
customers. As a proven industry veteran, Ed's business approach and

marketplace." DeCosta will also lead KeyLogic’s sales and marketing
efforts, including business strategy formulation and strategic partnering.
Prior to
joining KeyLogic, DeCosta was President of Catalyst Associates LLC, a
management consulting firm specializing in helping high-tech clients to
develop and execute Sales and Marketing initiatives. Previously, DeCosta
held management positions at Cognex Corporation, Babcock & Wilcox and Texas
Instruments. DeCosta holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West
Virginia University, as well as a M.A. in International Management and
Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
