Awarded Third Task Order Under GEMS Contract
COLUMBIA,
MD-June 26, 2003--KeyLogic Systems was recently awarded a third task order
under the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Global Enterprise Management
Support (GEMS) contract to provide program management support for Content
Staging/Information Dissemination Management (CS/IDM) Office of DISA.
The GEMS
contract is designed to give DoD, DISA and other federal agencies easy access
to qualified contractors in the areas of IT program management support,
verification and validation of engineering solutions, and information technology
services. KeyLogic is one of four companies qualified to compete under this
contract. This task order represents KeyLogic's third award under GEMS,
having been awarded a two previous task orders which called for Advanced
Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) program management support.
KeyLogic,
along with subcontractor CALIBRE, will provide program management support
to the Content Staging/Information Dissemination Management (CS/IDM) Office.
CS/IDM provides the warfighter with awareness to information holdings, a
means to access this information and the ability to use smart pull technology
to deliver this information to the right destination with assured delivery.
CS/IDM enables the end user to execute an intelligent pull of mission tailored
information from anywhere within the network environment with minimal latency,
thus ensuring timeliness and relevance of data.
