The GEMS contract is designed to give DoD, DISA and other federal agencies easy access to qualified contractors in the areas of IT program management support, verification and validation of engineering solutions, and information technology services. KeyLogic is one of four companies qualified to compete under this contract. This task order represents KeyLogic's third award under GEMS, having been awarded a two previous task orders which called for Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) program management support.

KeyLogic, along with subcontractor CALIBRE, will provide program management support to the Content Staging/Information Dissemination Management (CS/IDM) Office.
