Portfolio and Performance Management 

KeyLogic has a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) dedicated to Portfolio and Performance Management (PPM), and this SBU’s continuing ability to capture both repeat and new business from our Federal customers is a strong indication of our success in this field.  Several KeyLogic personnel have earned Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications. The PMP Certification is the profession’s most recognized and respected credential – all certified individuals must possess a solid foundation of knowledge, specific educational and project management experience, and must maintain a strict code of conduct. 

KeyLogic’s experience with Portfolio and Performance Management includes: 

• Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)

  • Developing strategic analysis and recommendations for development of the portfolio (Select Phase)

  • Utilizing ANSI-748-A earned value management processes (Control Phase)

  • Providing a defined Post-Implementation (PIR) process roadmap (Evaluate Phase)

• Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)

• Project Management Professionals (PMP) - A number of KeyLogic personnel have completed the certification process for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and have received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.  This certification verifies their program and project management expertise and professional code of conduct.
