AKL Solutions to Support Contract Closeouts

AKL Solutions Joint Venture providing Contract Closeout services to two different agencies.
AKL Solutions, an 8(a) joint venture between Allegheny Science & Technology and KeyLogic, recently began providing Contract Closeout services to two different agencies; one is an Intelligence Community organization and the other is a Law Enforcement bureau.
Each project involves hundreds of contract closeout actions to be completed annually, and will also entail closing out any old backlogs of contract closeouts dating back to the 1990's. Additionally, AKL Solutions will perform an analysis to identify and quantify those contracts ready to be closed, develop the applicable databases, take the necessary actions to close out the identified contracts, and provide training to professional and support staff, as necessary.
"Our strong customer relationships have opened the doors to expand on our capabilities within the Intelligence Community," says KeyLogic Vice President George Spencer, who provides support to both contracts. "We look forward to bringing these contract closeout services and support to other agencies."
