Position: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Morgantown, WV

You will provide strategic financial leadership, direct the operations of the Finance and Accounting departments, and oversee all financial activities including preparation of financial reports, summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook. You will also be responsible for re-engineering of processes and departments at different stages of growth, providing appropriate decision support tools to company Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) as well as long-term strategic direction to the Executive Team.

The ideal candidate will have proven success as a CFO in a rapidly growing IT government consulting company. Your minimum 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Finance/Accounting will have a heavy emphasis in federal government contract accounting and negotiation. You will also have a strong background with CAS, the FAR and DCAA regulations and practices, including preparation of the annual incurred cost report (ICE). Experience with Deltek implementation and mergers and acquisitions a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial, or Business Administration with an MS, MBA, or CPA preferred.
