Position: Sr. Project Manager, EVMS

KeyLogic is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Earned Value Management. This key individual will perform project plan analysis, earned value analysis and interface with government executives primarily on-site at our government client offices. You will work with large IT project management practices, assess project plans for consistency, recommend plans for corrective actions and monitor project plans for early identification of possible risks and issues. Individual will also work in other expansion areas including Capital Planning and Investment Control to assist government clients in meeting OMB requirements for portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and experience:

• An industry professional with a minimum of 7 years project management experience and three years EVM experience.

• Experience in team leadership roles in addition to proven project leadership in EVM for government contractors.

• Experience providing project plan analysis in support of government executives.

• A core skill set including strong leadership, project management, excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.

Required Certifications and Skills:

• Expertise with EVM tools such as C/S Solutions winsight, Dekker tools and government CPIC processes.

• PMP highly preferred.

• Expertise with project planning tools such as MS project and Primavera.
