Our CPIC methodology includes developing strategic analysis and recommendations for development of the portfolio (Select Phase), utilizing ANSI-748-A earned value management processes (Control Phase), and providing a defined Post-Implementation (PIR) process roadmap (Evaluate Phase).  The results of each phase are utilized in process improvements for other phases.
