Jeannine Ogden and Stephen Paczek Recognized for Excellence

Both Jeannine Ogden (Recruiting Manager) and Stephen Paczek (Manager of Financial Reporting) were recognized at the annual KeyLogic Holiday Party for their outstanding work.

Ms. Ogden was recognized as the Dragon Slayer for her leadership of the recruitment effort which touched every department throughout KeyLogic, required more than 700 interviews, and led to 67 new employees joining the company in 2009. The Dragon Slayer Award is given annually to the employee who best demonstrates superior leadership qualities and displays the fortitude necessary to engage in and win multiple battles.

Mr. Paczek was honored with the Raising the Bar Award for his impressive support of proposal efforts and for his support of the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Project Execution and Integration (PEI) contract, including his interim role as PEI Business Manager. The Raising the Bar Award is presented each year to the individual who has truly been successful in raising the standards at KeyLogic.
