Mike joins KeyLogic with more than 35 years of experience delivering innovative technical, engineering, and management solutions across the energy, environmental, and national security sectors. He is widely recognized as a proven, people-centered leader who partners closely with government, industry, and non-governmental organizations to solve complex mission challenges and accelerate outcomes.
Mike brings deep experience across the energy ecosystem with a focus on the Department of Energy’s (DOE) diverse mission areas, including energy research, environmental management, critical infrastructure protection, and national security programs, including extensive collaboration with DOE National Laboratories, plants, and sites. In prior leadership roles with major consulting and technology firms, Mike was responsible for leading business operations, growth, and business diversification. In these roles, he led multidisciplinary teams delivering services ranging from management consulting and engineering to digital, cyber, and AI modernization solutions.
Current Role
As the Senior Vice President for Energy at KeyLogic, Mike is responsible for the overall performance of the Energy sector division. This includes driving innovation, capability development, partnerships, and talent acquisition to ensure quality in client delivery, efficient business operations, as well as growth and diversification of the portfolio.

What is your passion outside of work?
I have been a lifelong sports enthusiast, having played competitive sports, coached youth sports, and being a loyal fan of the college and professional sports teams I have rooted for since childhood. My passion for competition, including embracing the role of the underdog, also spills over to the work world as I try to motivate individuals and teams to set lofty goals and stretch themselves to realize their growth potential.
